However, your data may be communicated to the following technical service providers, acting as processors: Infomaniak Network SA (Site hosting); and Google LLC (statistical analysis via Google Analytics, when this tool is activated).
6. Data Transfers Outside the European Union
In principle, your personal data is not subject to any transfer outside the European Union. Our servers are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, a country recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection for personal data.
However, the future use of Google Analytics could involve a transfer of data to the United States. If applicable, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, in accordance with Articles 46 et seq. of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
7. Data Retention Period
Your personal data is kept for a period proportionate to the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact form data: 3 years from your last request.
- Cookie data: in accordance with the lifespan of each cookie (maximum 13 months for audience measurement cookies).
- Connection logs: 12 months.
At the end of these periods, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
