Resilient Biodiversity.

Solutopia is the agricultural operator of the Agriatlas group. It designs, deploys, and manages regenerative agricultural ecosystems on lands acquired by Agreenvest — and provides training, supervision, and value sharing with the 250 associated farmers working on site.

Acquire. Regenerate. Enhance.

Solutopia takes charge of degraded lands and gradually transforms them into living, productive, and resilient agricultural systems. The process unfolds in five phases over 20 years: transition, consolidation, acceleration, stabilization, cruising speed.
Ultimately, one hectare managed by Solutopia generates €10,000 in annual revenue, compared to €2,500 for a conventional hectare — while sequestering 2 tons of CO₂ per year and multiplying biodiversity by measurable factors. The robustness of living systems and the resilience of ecosystems to create abundance.

Technical Pillars

• Agroforestry: 60 to 100 fruit trees per hectare, structuring the soil and contributing up to 30% of the gross margin

• Permanent cover crop: zero tillage, active carbon sequestration, carbon credit generation

• Animal-plant synergies: natural nutrient cycling, 70% reduction in inputs

• Circular economy: every waste becomes a resource, operating costs decrease by 25%

• Respect for people: 20% of turnover redistributed to the 250 associated farmers

3,000 candidates for settlement are on a waiting list in Uruguay — twenty times Solutopia’s current capacity. The demand is real, massive, and structural.

Active technical partnerships: CNA (national agronomic support), Triple Performance, VdT Prod, LVH.

Active prospecting pipeline in Uruguay: notaries, agronomists, universities, Ministry of Agriculture.
